We had a puncture yesterday and limped into Ford Cromer...although they couldn't help with the tyre they very kindly let us use their forecourt and lent us a trolley jack which saved us loads of work. Thank you so much, new tyre being collected this morning!

Whilst on holiday in Cromer last week my Ford Kuga developed a fault. I managed to get the car to the East Coast Motor Company first thing Monday morning and having described the fault to Kevin (on reception) he diagnosed it (with what turned out to be 100% accuracy) without even seeing the car. The car was quickly booked in and during the course of the day they had confirmed the fault, ordered the parts and repaired it. I was back on the road by 5.15pm the same day. I cannot fault the excellent service that I received and thoroughly recommend this Ford dealer.

I bought my last 2 cars from here, had them serviced, mot'd and when needed (Seldomly) repaired here' the customer service is unrivaled, the friendliness of ALL the staff is amazing, and the quality and honesty of the work means that I will buy my next car from here, and carry on coming here ...... oh by the way I live 34 miles or an hours drive away.....
